1 General Terms and Definitions

The key terms used in this agreement are explained below:

• "Platform" — The ki666 website (ki666.cam) and all its subdomains and related services.
• "User" or "Member" — Any individual who holds a registered account on ki666.
• "Services" — Casino games, sports betting, slots, lottery and other gaming activities offered on ki666.
• "Account Balance" — The amount of funds deposited and available for use in your ki666 account.
• "Bonus Funds" — Additional amounts granted as promotional offers or welcome bonuses, which become withdrawable after specific conditions are met.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account on ki666, you must meet the following conditions:

4. Only one account per person is permitted. If the same individual operates multiple accounts, both accounts will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

The main terms relating to transactions on ki666 are given below:

Deposits will only be accepted from registered mobile banking accounts. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions will be cancelled and returned. For withdrawals, funds will only be sent via the same method used for the deposit.

ki666 may request identity documents or other paperwork as part of the verification process when necessary. Failure to provide documents in a timely manner may delay withdrawals.

4 Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms

The following terms apply to the ki666 welcome bonus and other promotional offers:

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the total deposit and bonus amount must be wagered at least 10 times (10x).
• Withdrawal of bonus funds cannot be requested before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• Bonus offers have a set validity period. If wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If any misuse or irregularity involving a bonus is identified, ki666 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless stated otherwise.

The VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze tier members receive a weekly cashback of up to 0.4%, Silver tier up to 0.8% and Gold tier up to 1.2%. Members can advance to higher tiers based on continued activity.

5 Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

All games offered on ki666 are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Members must follow the code of conduct below:

• Any form of fraudulent activity — such as software bots, automated betting scripts or manipulation — is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to exploit any error or bug in the system or game software for gain is not allowed. Any winnings obtained in such cases will be cancelled.
• Collusion or coordinated cheating using multiple accounts in any game is strictly prohibited.
• ki666 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious account or transaction and suspend it if necessary.
• ki666 reserves the right to reclaim any funds incorrectly credited due to a technical error.

The outcome of all games is controlled by a verified Random Number Generator (RNG) process and cannot be influenced by any external party.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ki666 and may result in the permanent closure of an account:

1. Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
2. Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
3. Using or hacking another user's account information.
4. Rude, threatening or harassing behaviour towards ki666 staff.
5. Completing account verification using fake identity documents or false information.
6. Misuse of promotional offers or systematic bonus abuse.

If any of the above activities are identified, ki666 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance and take legal action if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

ki666 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• If the identity verification process is not completed.
• In cases of suspected suspicious financial activity or fraud.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• In cases of extended inactivity (12 months or more).

9 Limitation of Liability

ki666 accepts no liability in the following cases:

13 Severability and Completeness of Terms

If any clause of these Terms is found to be legally invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in full force. These Terms and Conditions constitute the complete agreement between ki666 and the member and supersede all prior oral or written understandings.

Any delay by ki666 in exercising any right under these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right. These Terms are effective from the date of the most recent update.
